Scottish Power has renewed its relationship with Incentivated. Marketing Week Live mobile site attracts thousands of visitors
This year's Marketing Week Live show was accompanied with a dedicated mobile site built by Incentivated, providing attendees with location functionality, conference schedules, event registration, and a host of other features. The results are now in, with the site attracting over 4,500 unique users and over 8,500 sessions, while almost 400 people signed up to attend the show through the mobile portal.

Cats Protection is running a new month-long daytime TV advertising campaign to raise their profile and encourage donations, from March 7th. The ads will all feature mobile text donation mechanisms (e.g. text CAT1 to 70100 to donate £2) with different keywords in different slots. Cats Protection is also moving to a new 70-series charity shortcode, allowing them to recoup more of the donated amount. The receipt text includes a link to a mobile Gift Aid form.

RBKC has partnered with Incentivated to deliver a mobile internet site for tourist and visitor information within the Borough. BA's SMS service provides information to snow-affected passengers
We all know that weather happens and messes up carefully planned schedules. What we want in those circumstances is to be able to find out what is happening so we can make alternative plans. MMS delivers 1000% uplift in brand awareness
Yes, you read that correctly: one THOUSAND percent uplift. New research from the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) and the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) highlight the effectiveness of the 'opt-in' audience within SMS and MMS advertising. Almost 100% of M&S contacts on their CRM database recalled receiving the SMS and MMS messages. The study also found that consumers responded incredibly positively to the MMS format.

Incentivated enters the "Silicon Roundabaout"
Incentivated has moved to bigger offices at 23 Curtain Road - named for Shakespeare's second theatre, "The Curtain" - near to trendy Shoreditch. All email and phone numbers are the same. Forget Silicon Valley, this is the Silicon Roundabout. Originally mapped in 2008, an updated aerial photo map was published by Wired in their Feb 2010 issue, documenting all the tech firms clustered in the area. The move sees Incentivated gain three times the floor space - plenty of room for expansion - and kicks off a new phase in the life of the company with more updates and improvements in the pipeline. Once we've cleared the packing crates, we'll be inviting people over for an "Office Warming"!

Ashes to ashes… BA's mobile CRM solution
With the disruption to the worldwide air industry this month, caused by the volcanic eruptions in Iceland, BA were able to provide timely flight re-scheduling information to those customers who had registered for text alerts (available to all BA customers). In fact, BA sent more flight alerts out in the first day and a half of the volcanic eruptions than they had for the 10 days that covered the recent two strikes by air crews.

Nissan launches multi-language mobile service at Geneva Motor Show
Nissan Europe will be running a mobile service through Incentivated at this year's Geneva Motor Show, which starts on 4th March. Signs in and on the cars prompt visitors to text a model specific keyword followed by their email address. The service uses both a Swiss shortcode and an international longcode. Respondents will receive an email in their own language, based on mobile number country code, about their car of interest.

Marie Curie launches mobile daffodil appeal
Marie Curie Cancer Care is using mobile for its Great Daffodil Appeal, launching on 1st March. National press ads will ask readers to text CARE, DONATE or NURSE to 66066. Supporters can download a virtual daffodil wallpaper, donate £3 via Premium SMS and click a link to Gift Aid it. Marie Curie also invites supporters to text the name of their loved one to 60303 (standard rate) which requests a commemorative daffodil to be planted in their name.

GlaxoSmithKline launches £1,000 text and win promotion for Horlicks
GSK and its agency Billington Cartmell have appointed Incentivated to set up an on-pack text and win promotion for Horlicks, inviting customers to win £1,000 every night for three months. Entrants text 'Horlicks' and the seven digit promotional code carried on pack to shortcode 62233 for the chance to win the cash prize. This triggers an SMS response with a link to horlicks.mobi, where they enter names and addresses and sign up to receive product information.

BA launches global SMS flight information service
Incentivated is launching an SMS flight information service for British Airways to give passengers, and those dropping them off and picking up from airports, the latest flight information on their mobile phones. Users text D for Departures or A for Arrivals followed by a space, the date of the flight (DDMMYY or MMDDYY for the US) and the British Airways flight number (BAXXXX) to 60747 in the UK, or 70615 in the US. British and American passengers can also use the service whilst roaming in other countries. BA plans to extend the service to other nationalities.
