By supplying your mobile telephone number to Incentivated ("the Company") or to Incentivated's clients, you are agreeing to receive text messages from the Company or those of the Company's clients to whom you have provided your mobile telephone number. You will not receive messages from the Company's other clients or from third parties, as a result of signing up with the Company or one of the company's clients. For purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, Incentivated is the Data Controller.
Unless you agree otherwise, you will not be charged to receive text messages. Text messages that you send to the Company will be charged at the standard rate that your mobile telephone network charges you. The Company does not make an additional charge for messages that you send to us.
Information stored within your profile will not be shared with third parties.
